"When I mixed up our usual braised beef short ribs
by rubbing, marinating, sautéing until brown then using the sauce in the oven
to finish, we were hooked. That rub mix is so awesome, I am going to use it on
salmon mixed with a little honey and bourbon tonight and my grilled shrimp will
